Childrens Care Support Worker

We'd like you to join us as a Children's Care Worker at our service Pear Tree House in Wiltshire (Swindon).

At Pear Tree House , we provide residential supported living care to children with learning disability, autism and complex care. Supported by a highly trained staff team, the children are encouraged to strive for independence, however that looks for them as an individual.

Pear Tree House is a 5 bedded home providing residential care for children and young people with learning disabilities. All staff will be involved directly in the physical and emotional care of children and young people and work in partnership with families and other agencies involved.

RCCW will provide support to the Seniors and Managers in taking extra responsibility to maintain and develop documentation required by the registered manager. You will also be required to maintain good staff morale and the promotion of high standards of care and support....
