Sleep-in Rate: £45 per sleep-in
Job Type: Temp-to-perm
Hours: 40 hours per week
Rota: 2 on, 2 off
Shift Times: 8am to 10pm, with sleep-ins available

We are recruiting for a Children’s Residential Support Worker to join a warm and child-focused residential home in Godalming.
You will be supporting young people aged 11 to 17 in a structured children’s home environment. The role is about consistency, patience and helping young people feel safe, listened to and supported.
This is a temp-to-perm role, with a genuine route into a permanent position once both sides are happy the fit is right.
