The Role

• Ensure our children’s ministry reflects the church’s vision and ethos, and lead its development and growth on Sundays and throughout the week
• Share the gospel creatively and clearly with children, helping them respond and grow in faith
• Build strong relationships with families – both within the church and in the wider community helping them to connect and belong
• Develop and lead a team of volunteer leaders and helpers
• Strengthen and expand our partnership with Sarum St Paul’s CofE Primary School
