Childcare Lawyer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Childcare Lawyer with 1+years PQE to join our client's multi-accredited practice based close to Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire on a full time Hybrid basis. The successful Lawyer will utilise their skills and expertise to advise public sectors and not for profit clients on a range of childcare matters.

Responsibilities of the Childcare Lawyer:

• Care proceedings
• Adoption
• Legal Aid applications
• Applications for secure accommodation
• Public law outline matters (PLO)
• Issues relating to the protection of children and young people
• Attending court to conduct advocacy
• Revoking placement orders

The Childcare Lawyer Candidate:
