About the Role

Puddleduck Nursery is a small nursery with a core team of long‑serving experienced staff. We are looking for a Level 2 qualified Apprentice to join our friendly baby team, learning on the job all aspects of care and communication needed to become a versatile practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Work with an experienced baby team to provide and maintain a safe environment for children to learn and thrive.
• Learn and follow care routines for babies and children, including communication, language, repetition and sensory exploration indoors and out.
• Support observation from birth to age 5 and build good relationships with children and parents.
