Position: Child Care Worker / Lead Educator

Salary: $75,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation per annum

Our client is seeking a Child Care Worker / Lead Educator to join their Early Childhood Education and Care located in Ipswich, Queensland.

The position of Child Care Worker / Lead Educator is responsible for supervising children through planning and programming for their individual needs, as well as working closely with the assistant to achieve your expectations and outcomes for the children and their families.

As a Child Care Worker / Lead Educator you will follow the direction and leadership given by the Director and have an absolute understanding and adherence to the Education and Care National Regulations 2011 and Law 2010 and Policies and Procedures governing the Centre.
