Child and Youth Program Custodian

Summary The Custodian performs a variety of cleaning, housekeeping, and semiskilled duties for CYP facilities: facility cleaning, equipment maintenance, laundering, minor facility repairs, outdoor maintenance; and maintaining inventories of cleaning supplies. They deliver supplies, merchandise, and equipment to other CYP facilities. As needed, they move furniture and/or program equipment, and assists with event setup (e.g., setting up tables and chairs. Child and youth routines will not be disturbed by custodial activities. Some of the daily cleaning services will take place when programs are not in operation and children and youth are not present.
