Chief Technology Strategist

Role Overview:

The Head of Technology (HoT) is the strategic enabler for the entire Matrimony.Com business, accountable for building and running the foundational technology platform that powers all digital and physical operations. This role owns hybrid cloud infrastructure, enterprise security, DevOps/SRE enablement, and corporate/branch IT—not as a support function, but as a transformational, solution-oriented leadership mandate.

The HoT is expected to reverse infrastructure/engineering regression, modernize the stack, impose disciplined cost and security practices, and create an internal “paved road to production” that accelerates engineering velocity while ensuring reliability and compliance.
