We are representing our overseas client; a fortune 500 company and the largest private sector corporation in India in the search for a Plant Operations Manager Polysilicon

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive the technology roadmap for the Polysilicon business to deliver world-class cost and quality outcomes in solar-grade, semiconductor-grade polysilicon, and specialty gases
• Lead development of technologies such as Float Zone, FBR processes, and debottlenecking solutions
• Translate R&D outcomes into scalable, commercially viable technologies with the engineering team
• Collaborate with the manufacturing and CES teams to improve yield, lower mg-Si and electricity consumption, and maximize uptime
• Support development and production of specialty gases like MCS, DCS, and HCDS for semiconductor applications
