• Lead ~120 people across Engineering, QA, Architecture & Tech and drive a multi-year transformation
• Migrate majority of customers from legacy to cloud
• Modernize a highly customized B2B SaaS platform
• Embed AI capabilities
• Elevate engineering standards & delivery maturity
• Strengthen and evolve inherited teams
• Will challenge architecture and code quality (despite not coding daily)
