Chief Technology Officer (Founding CTO)

We are building the financial operating layer for the MENA region a secure, scalable infrastructure platform designed to power underwriting, financial distribution and capital flows across a rapidly expanding market.

This is a ground-up infrastructure build with long-term institutional ambition.

Headquartered in Dubai and supported by an engineering team in India, we are seeking a Founding CTO to architect and engineer the system from first principles.

The technical challenge:

Designing a production-grade, multi-tenant financial platform capable of handling sensitive financial data, complex decision workflows, third-party integrations and regulatory constraints while maintaining performance, resilience and long-term maintainability.
