Overview A rapidly scaling European smart grid software company is recruiting a Chief Technology Officer to lead its technology strategy, engineering organisation, and product development. Based in Zurich, the company serves DSOs, utilities, and aggregators across multiple European countries with grid optimisation, flexibility, and forecasting solutions. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the company's technology vision and product roadmap. Lead engineering, data, and product teams totalling approximately 40 staff. Oversee development of grid management, demand response, and forecasting platforms. Ensure technical excellence across architecture, security, and scalability for mission‑critical energy applications.
