Role Summary

The Chief People Officer is responsible for ensuring Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS) achieves the workforce priorities in our strategy, with a strong focus on being an exemplar employer and having a workforce that is fit for the future.

Reporting

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the role provides visible leadership to ensure good governance and accountability processes are in place to provide assurance to the Board and its Committees.
