As a rapidly growing & fully licensed trading brokerage, we are seeking a visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive operational excellence and lead our integrated business, digital marketing, and online sales operations.

This executive position combines business operations, digital marketing operations, and online sales operations into one integrated function, enabling faster execution, stronger alignment, and greater operational efficiency. You will oversee everything from digital lead conversion funnels to client onboarding, trading support, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has extensive senior leadership experience within a regulated trading brokerage with a proven track record of scaling digital/online sales while maintaining tight operational controls.
