Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of ocean & land transportation, customs clearance, and vehicle processing.
• Ensure on-time deliveries, cost efficiency, and high service quality.
• Implement best practices in logistics, fleet management, and process optimization.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as shipment delays, storage utilization, and delivery times.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with business goals.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and partners to ensure reliable service.
• Leverage IT systems (ERP, TMS, WMS) to enhance visibility and efficiency.
