Chief operating officer / executive vp of operations

Reporting to the COO for the Americas, the Vice President of Operations, LATAM & Caribbean will be responsible for overseeing our LATAM & Caribbean portfolio. For our all-inclusive properties specifically, there is an additional reporting line to the COO of Rixos & All-Inclusive Collection. We're growing at Ennismore and have ambitious plans for our future, so we need someone who will lead hotel operations to ensure our strategic goals and the direction of Ennismore are met, from quality and service standards to our people, to maintaining the financial performance of our operations, as we continue to expand. The remit includes 14 operating hotels, 4 openings in 2026 and a very strong pipeline.
Provide senior operational leadership, expertise, and guidance to LATAM & Caribbean-based General Managers and hotel leadership teams, ensuring alignment with Ennismore's goals and values as well as the applicable Brand standards.
