**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Master in navigation and ship operation.
- Oversee cargo operations, deck crew, and maintenance.
- Ensure safety and security regulations are followed.
- Manage compliance with international and company policies.
**Requirements**:
- Valid STCW Chief Officer license.
- Experience on bulk carriers preferred.
