Summary:
The Chief of Staff (CoS) supports the EVP Space Europe and the EU Senior Leadership Team in delivering Redwire Europe’s strategic, operational, and financial objectives. The role serves as a central integrator across countries, functions, and business lines, ensuring leadership priorities are translated into clear actions, decisions, and follow-through. In support of these objectives, the Chief of Staff coordinates executive operating rhythms, prepares decision-ready materials, drives cross-functional alignment, and facilitates effective communication across the EU organization and with US leadership.
