Role Overview

This role will serve as a strategic program management and business operations partner to the HR function, driving key initiatives, ensuring execution excellence, enabling data-driven decision-making, and managing high-impact cross-functional projects.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional program management capabilities, strong business acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This individual will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives end-to-end, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring alignment across multiple work-streams.
