Job Description
**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As the Chief Medical Officer for Holy Cross Hospital - Salt Lake and Holy Cross Hospital - Mountain Point, you will be responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction and overall operational management of physician services and medical staff administration. This role reports to the Chief Executive Officer of the facility to develop strategic plans, policies and address operational issues that build effective relationships between the hospital and its Medical Staff to produce excellence in clinical outcomes.
To be successful in this role, your responsibilities as our CMO include:
+ Establishing and implementing standards and policies within each hospital and across hospitals to ensure quality of medical care.
+ Partnering with the Chief Nursing Officers to provide effective multidisciplinary approaches to clinical outcome management and environments of quality and safety.
