In order to accelerate growth even more, the firm is seeking a Chief Legal Officer. The ideal candidate is someone who can lead all legal related initiatives, navigate complex landscapes, build & manage a high performing team, serve as a trusted advisor to the founders and get things done (not merely as an advisor but as a legal executive‑operator).

• Manage all legal matters (mostly domestic but some international exposure as well).

• Build, structure, and lead a high‑performing in‑house legal team, including:
