Our client, a leading Swiss real estate platform, is seeking a Chief Investment Officer (CIO) to lead its institutional capital markets and investment sales activities.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the CIO will be responsible for developing relationships with institutional investors, real estate funds, and family offices, while driving portfolio sales and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with institutional investors, real estate funds, and professional buyers
• Define and execute the institutional sales strategy, including portfolio disposals, block sales, and forward transactions
• Lead negotiations and oversee transactions from origination through closing
