ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute a risk-based annual internal audit plan approved by the Board Audit Committee

Report audit findings, risk exposures and recommendations to the Board Audit Committee and senior leadership

Work closely with external auditors, regulators (eg, IRA, KRA) and internal stakeholders.

Lead special investigations, including fraud, misconduct, operational lapses and recommends opportunities for improvement.
