Job Description :

Our client is a manufacturing company based in the US, specializing in ball bearings.

Report to: Chief Accountant

Responsibilities:  •Deal with every step of import – export process •Track shipments and work with clients about goods’ progress •Coordinate with customs agents for clearance on oversea deliveries •Handle claims and any shipment problems occur. •Ensure efficient delivery logistics through data management: +Import – export documentation +Carrier and route assignments +Shipment payments and quotas •Other tasks assigned by Chief Accountant Job Requirement :

•Female is preferred 

•At least 3 years experience in the same position in an international trade industry •Good command of English (both writing and speaking) and computer literacy •Active and reliable •Good communication, customer service and negotiation skills •Familiar with the legal requirements regarding importing and exporting shipments •...
