The role ensures that human capital capabilities are aligned with business growth, project delivery, and long-term organizational sustainability.

The CHRO leads all aspects of HR including talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, leadership development, culture transformation, and workforce planning across corporate, construction, and project-based operations.
