**Job Title: Head Flight Instructor**

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced aviation professional to lead and manage a growing flight training program serving approximately 140 students. As the Head Flight Instructor, you will play a key role in guiding instructional staff, maintaining training quality, and ensuring compliance with aviation standards. This role partners closely with the Assistant Chief Instructor and serves as a primary liaison with university leadership and regulatory agencies.

**Key Duties:**

+ Oversee daily flight training operations
+ Review and approve student training documentation, including graduation and testing records
+ Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations of flight instructors to ensure proficiency and standardization
