Chief Financial Officer / VP Finance - AI focused Data Centre

A high‑growth, PE‑backed AI data centre developer and operator with an established footprint across key Asian markets is appointing its founding finance leader to build and run the finance function from the ground up.

This role is ideal for a senior finance professional at the VP Finance, Finance Director, or Regional Controller level with strong accounting and controllership foundations and a genuine understanding of how capital‑intensive digital infrastructure businesses work financially.

• Build and own the full finance function from scratch – accounting, reporting, controls, treasury, tax and multi‑jurisdiction compliance across Asia
• Establish accounting policies, chart of accounts, ERP systems, and audit frameworks suited to a PE‑backed development‑stage platform
