Job Summary
Xpedeon is a global Saa S + ERP platform serving the construction industry across India, UAE, KSA, UK, Oman. As we scale toward the next phase of growth, global expansion, and investor readiness, we are looking for a strategic CFO / business leader to partner closely with the founders and leadership team.
This role is focused on value creation through strategic finance, growth planning, operational scalability, commercial governance, investor engagement, and business transformation.
The company already has an established finance operations and compliance function managing accounting, statutory compliance, taxation, and audit processes.
The ideal candidate is not only financially strong, but also commercially minded, growth-oriented, and capable of acting as a strategic co-pilot to the CEO and COO in scaling a global Saa S business.
