MRdB is a fully-fledged subsidiary writing all lines of Non-Life, Life and Health business acting as a local reinsurer in the Brazilian market. The CFO manages a team with a headcount of around 20 employees and is responsible for all relevant Finance functions. The function reports to the CEO of MRdB and in a dotted-line to the RI CFO.

Your Job:
- Managing and continuously developing especially integrated Accounting (IFRS and local GAAP), Controlling, Actuarial, Investments and Treasury teams on-site, continuing ongoing efforts to strengthen and streamline processes
- Involvement in client workshops, pitches and trainings, contributing with a CFO perspective to client deal teams
- Managing headquarter interfaces, i.e. with RI CFO, RIA, RIC, Central Reserving, CAP, GIM
- Assuming subsidiary perspective in financial and business controls, combination of management and legal view for MRdB
