Head of Finance & Strategy (Future Group CFO)

Location: Ahmedabad

Reporting To: Founder & Managing Director

Key Responsibilities

- Develop the Group’s financial strategy, budgeting and business planning.

- Build world-class MIS, dashboards and business analytics.

- Lead FP&A, treasury, cash flow and working capital management.

- Design and execute long-term funding strategies.

- Raise funds through banks, NBFCs, project finance, structured finance, private equity, strategic

investors, family offices and other funding sources.

- Build a financing structure that ensures the business is never constrained by lack of capital for

expansion or execution of large-value projects.

- Develop strong relationships with lenders, investors and financial institutions.

- Drive project profitability, commercial evaluation and capital allocation.
