Founded in 2003 and acquired by Volaris Group in 2023, the company provides AI-enabled call tracking, attribution and analytics solutions to more than 500 customers across financial services, insurance, healthcare, automotive, travel and other regulated sectors.

Today, Delacon generates approximately US$5 million in revenue, employs approximately 37 people across Australia and India, and operates with a strong recurring revenue base and established customer footprint. The next stage of growth is focused on scaling the business towards US$10 million to US$15 million in revenue.
