A reputable Rural Bank in the Eastern Region is seeking qualified personal to fill the following vacancy: Chief Executive Officer

Role Summary

• Responsible for delivering the mandate of the Bank and shall have the overall supervision and responsibility for the effective and efficient functions of the bank

• Report to the board and be responsible for any other duty assigned by the board

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of a First Degree in a relative discipline from a recognised university plus at least 10 years working experience in the banking industry with 5 years in senior management position or a relevant professional qualification plus at least 7 years post qualification experience in banking with at least 4 years in senior management position

• Experience is a rural banking environment is highly preferred and a knowledge in T24 software will be an advantage
