Chief Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and driven Chief Engineer to lead the Power Plant and Building Services operations at our food manufacturing facility. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and compliant plant operations while driving continuous improvement across utilities, refrigeration, and facility infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Facility Management

• Plan, schedule, and oversee maintenance activities to ensure optimum facility performance
• Manage daily operations of the Power Plant, refrigeration systems, facility‑wide piping, and fire protection systems
• Monitor and manage plant utilities (electricity, gas, water) against established KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed
• Ensure all activities comply with statutory, regulatory, and internal business standards
