We are seeking a full-time Chief Engineer for a commercial office building located in Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
Engineering Experience: Hands-on maintenance experience is essential, including: Troubleshooting, project management, HVAC, basic plumbing, electrical work.
Management skills: We are looking for a hands-on manager who is: Highly organized, capable of multitasking, possessing excellent administrative skills, proficient in managing staff and project scheduling, communication skills: strong communication abilities are crucial, along with the capacity to work effectively with customers.
