**Job Description**

The Chief Engineer leads facility maintenance operations in a commercial and industrial environment, overseeing a maintenance team and ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems. This role manages preventive maintenance programs, drives compliance with OSHA and NEC standards, and provides hands-on technical expertise in troubleshooting, repair, and installation activities.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead and supervise a maintenance team responsible for facility operations in a commercial and industrial setting.
+ Oversee the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, electrical (up to 600V), mechanical, and plumbing systems.
