Chief Engineer - BMS

A leading engineering group working on a number of innovative long term projects has a new vacancy for a Chief Engineer and has appointed Vectis Recruitment as exclusive recruitment partner. A hands‑on Technical Specialist, you will provide subject matter expertise in the development of advanced battery management electronics and associated control systems for electrified platforms and energy storage applications.

The Role

• Operate as the technical authority for advanced Battery Management System (BMS) hardware architectures, leading the development of high‑ and low‑voltage battery systems for electrified vehicle platforms.
• Define, review, and approve hardware requirements, technical specifications, and system architectures.
• Lead the design and development of robust electronic hardware solutions.
