Our client, a leading commercial bank licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya, is seeking to hire a 
Chief Digital & Innovation Officer (CDIO).
The Chief Digital & Innovation Officer is responsible for spearheading the bank's enterprise-wide digital transformation, innovation agenda, automation roadmap, and data-driven decision-making. The role ensures that the bank leverages modern technologies, digital channels, ecosystems, process redesign, and analytics to scale Corporate, SME, Retail, and Digital banking, improve customer experience, enhance operational efficiency, and position the bank competitively.

The CDIO provides strategic leadership in building digital capabilities, developing innovative products and platforms, embedding automation across the value chain, driving simplification through BPR, and institutionalizing a robust data-driven culture.
