Beyond Indonesia, this role will also play a key part in establishing the Southeast Asia (SEA) Credit Risk practice, working closely with regional and global leaders. We are looking for a senior leader who is comfortable being hands‑on in the early stages - writing policies, running analyses, working directly with regulatory bodies - and later building a team as the business scales. Key responsibilities:
Defining the end‑to‑end credit risk agenda for Indonesia, identifying priorities and building the framework from scratch.
Leading credit strategy with strong quantitative rigor; develop underwriting policies, credit limits, scorecards, and collections approach.
Partnering with data science teams to apply and refine predictive models, translating insights into decisioning rules.
Establishing portfolio monitoring standards and drive loss‑mitigation strategies.
