Key Accountabilities
Oversee day-to-day Concierge, Guest Services, Transportation, Parking, and Airport operations, ensuring consistent delivery of seamless, anticipatory, and personalized luxury service aligned with Peninsula Service Principles.

Manage departmental payroll, staffing levels, and operating expenses in accordance with budget. Oversee Transportation P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, and revenue optimization.

Proactively manage guest feedback, ensuring effective and elevated service recovery that not only resolves concerns but enhances overall guest perception and loyalty.
