Park Hyatt Doha is looking for a meticulous and strategic Chief Accountant to join our Finance team in the heart of Msheireb Downtown Doha. This is a pivotal managerial role designed for an individual who excels in financial integrity, team leadership, and the art of rare and unexpected service—even behind the scenes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Oversee daily finance operations and month-end closing.
+ Ensure compliance with IFRS and Hyatt’s global internal controls.
+ Lead and mentor a high-performing accounting team.
+ Manage tax compliance and external audit requirements in Qatar.
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of 3–5 years in a senior accounting role within a 5-star hotel environment. Prior experience in the Middle East is highly preferred.
