**Job Title:** Chemist - Hair Care/Skincare

**Location:** Clark, NJ

**Pay Range:** $22/hr

**What's the Job?**

+ Independently complete product development projects from inception to officialization to meet launch deadlines, supporting brand innovation strategies.
+ Develop and refine formulas; perform product stability testing and resolve stability issues.
+ Monitor the quality and conformity of formulas to ensure consistency and safety.
+ Handle multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities effectively.
