YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Give customer assistance concerning questions, concerns, technical guidance, etc. Partner with R&D Center to develop analytical procedures for use in the plant and plant lab. Utilized analytical standard solutions. Package and ship samples as requested from the operations and sales force. Maintenance of all instrumentation as is reasonably possible. Perform Quality Control analysis to meet both internal and customer needs. Test new and existing products (commodities). Update methods and procedures to maintain. New projects- evaluate the raw materials and products for chemical and physical properties, determine the safety requirements, determine the health hazards, and develop a working procedure for producing the material and its testing.
