Chemical Process/Project Engineer

This is a wonderful opportunity for an engineer at a fast-growing, high-purity chemical plant that produces both powdered and liquid products. The site is in expansion mode, with projects underway to install new batch reactors and batch distillation columns. It has dedicated production lines as well as toll processing capabilities. Approximately 60% of this role will involve project work on initiatives ranging from $50K to $2 million. Responsibilities include process simulation (ASPEN), PHA, developing P&IDs, managing projects, working with A&E firms, overseeing installation, and supporting process startup. About 20% of the role will focus on scaling up new products and optimizing current processes, while the remaining 20% will be dedicated to plant support.
