Cheltenham Site EHS Leader

**Job Description Summary**
We’re looking for an EHS Leader to join our Cheltenham Campus team and help us keep our people safe, our workplace compliant, and our culture continuously improving.

In this role, you’ll lead the site EHS function for a 55-acre manufacturing site with 1,800+ employees , manage and coach a team of EHS professionals, and ensure we meet regulatory requirements and GE Aerospace policies.

You’ll work closely with leaders across operations, engineering, facilities and other teams to strengthen safety culture, improve EHS processes, and drive operational excellence. You’ll also bring in industry best practices and emerging trends to keep raising the bar on EHS performance and alignment with our site and business goals.
