We are looking for experienced Japanese Cuisine Chefs and Cooks.

If you're an enthusiastic and passionate person with 1+ year of experience at busy restaurants, this job would be perfect for you. Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and sake is desirable!

Summary of Position - Chef

Your responsibilities will include planning menus, preparing and cooking, overseeing the

quality of dishes, controlling the stock and supplies, supervising and training of new staff, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation practices.

To be successful candidate you need to have:

1. Relevant AQF qualification in Commercial Cookery and Hospitality
2. Excellent communication skill
3. Positive working attitude
4. Good team players
5. At least 1 year relevant experience
