The Mission

As the Chef for Inspiration Brewing Company's second location, you are responsible for the heart of the house. You will lead a team to deliver consistent, high-quality Irish Pub Fare that complements our craft beer lineup. You are an expert in kitchen efficiency, food safety, and labor management, working hand-in-hand with the GM to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Core Responsibilities1. Culinary Execution & Quality Control

• Consistency: Ensure every dish leaving the window meets Inspiration Brewing's standards for taste, temperature, and presentation.
• Menu Management: Execute the core menu and develop Weekly Features (Irish specialties) that drive repeat business.
