Chef/Kitchen Manager

Level Up Arcade+Bar is a barcade concept that will be the first of its kind in Bucks County, opening in late August/early September. We are searching for a chef/kitchen manager to start sometime in July. They should be experienced in running all aspects of the kitchen, including ordering, scheduling, hiring staff, etc. They should also be able and willing to help the owner in creating a menu. I want someone with energy, someone who's committed, creative, and invested. I will offer a bonus based on food sales and other KPIs. You'll have a lot of freedom here and you'll be part of something new and amazing, in a culture that I hope feels more like a family than a place where we all just go to work.
