Our venue is open 7 days a week. We are looking for a Full-Time Chefs and Cooks.

The successful candidate must

1. Ensure food standards, preparation, presentation and cooking techniques meet company’s standards.
2. Have passion for delivering exceptional cuisine including maintaining consistency and the highest quality of food served
3. Ability to keep the highest possible standard of hygiene and cleanliness is practiced and maintained within the kitchen
4. Very good communication and organisational skills- Organisational ability including time management, task prioritisation and resource scheduling
