Chef - St Fergus

Entier are currently recruiting for a day shift CHEF to join our family based at our site SAGE, St Fergus, Peterhead .

The hours for this position are as follows:

Monday to Thursday 7am to 2.15pm and Friday 7am to 1pm

We offer an excellent rate of pay at £17.27 per hour.

As a Chef, you will provide a high standard of catering, working in line with our company standards and values. You will ensure a hygienic environment for food preparation and service, ensuring daily/monthly due diligence records are kept up to date. You will also need to manage and comply to HACCP and COSHH regulations.

Main responsibilities of the role are:

• To prepare, with fresh ingredients Breakfast & Lunch service. Planning menus and orders for menu cycle using tasty recipes.
