We are looking for energetic Chef to be part of our team in Café Primo Munno Para, South Australia. We offer authentic Traditional pizza, pasta & Italian mains in a fun & stylish atmosphere. If you are adaptable, open minded, flexible, creative, fun, have a sense of humour and can be organised and follow our procedures then you are the right person to apply for this position.

Chef Position Description:

·Planning menus in consultation with management

·Estimating food and labour costs and ordering food supplies

·Monitoring the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation

·Preparing and cooking food to a high standard

·Discussing food preparation issues with Managers, Dietitians, and kitchen and waiting staff

·Demonstrating cooking techniques and advising on cooking procedures

·Explaining and enforcing hygiene and food safety regulations
